ABOUT REBEKAH

Dr Rebekah Jade Lawrence is a medical doctor, recovery expert, and founder, working at the intersection of Western medicine, movement science, and nervous system health to help athletes and high performers recover smarter and perform longer.

She is the founder of Recovery Lab, an expert-led recovery experience for athletes and high performers, and Pana, a wellness community rooted in movement, belonging, and the health of the Black community and its allies.

With over a decade spanning clinical medicine, elite sport, and integrative health, Rebekah brings a rigorous, science-backed approach to recovery, injury resilience, breathwork, and nervous system regulation. She has worked with professional and elite athletes - including the England men's football team at Euro 2024 - integrating yoga, mobility, and active recovery practices to elevate performance and build resilience against injury.

As a Nike trainer and qualified yoga teacher, she sits at a rare crossroads: medically trained, movement-literate, and deeply attuned to the emotional realities of high performance, particularly for women. Her work with female athletes is informed by both clinical evidence and lived experience, and shaped by the understanding that recovery is not the opposite of performance. It is the other half of it.

Rebekah is also a DJ and a lifelong student of Raja Yoga - two practices that shape the rhythm and philosophy woven through everything she creates.

She is passionate about building spaces where elite performance and human wholeness aren't in competition.
